Composition:
Magnesium Oxide as MgO-20%
Nitrogen -5%
Trasco Magnesium is
a secondary nutrient for crop plants that
can be used as a foliar spray . in plants
that suffer from Magnesium deficiency
Magnesium is part of the chlorophyll
in all green plants and essential for
photosynthesis. It also helps activate
many plant enzymes needed for growth.
Magnesium, a relatively mobile element
in the plant, is absorbed as the cation
Mg ++ and can be readily translocated
from older to younger plant parts in the
event of a deficiency.
Soil minerals, organic material, fertilizers,
and dolomitic limestone are sources of
magnesium (Mg) for plants. Magnesium occurs
as a divalent cation (Mg ++ ) and is held
on the exchange sites like calcium (Ca
++ ) and potassium (K + ).

| Magnesium |
Secondary macronutrient. This is
an essential part of the chlorophyll
molecule. Vital in photo-synthesis
and respiration. |
Chlorosis, leaves appearing pale
green or yellow. Yellowing between
leaf veins spreading to younger leaves.
poor fruit development and low yield.
|
Excess rare as well tolerated. Too
much will suppress Calcium & Potassium
& reduce growth. |
MAGNESIUM
-
Key element of chlorophyll
production
-
Improves utilization
and mobility of phosphorus
-
Activator and component
of many plant enzymes
-
Directly related
to grass tetany
-
Increases iron utilization
in plants
-
Influences earliness
and uniformity of maturity
Target crops : All
crops that have Magnesium deficiency
Trasco Magnesium thus can be used as
a foliar spray on crop plants where Magnesium
deficiency has been spotted.
Dosage:- As a Foliar
spray use 500gm/200lits water
